Grurrah: Replace paper towels forever

I had been buying 'green' paper towels, and trying not to use them, but with only the normal amounts of kitchen towels, and some of them nice linen towels, I would still use paper.  When I was at costco and planning to get the seventh generation paper towels there, I went down the automotive/tool aisle.  I saw a bundle of cotton terry towels, 60 of them, for 17 dollars.  I think that is about what the economy pack of paper towels cost.  Now, with 120 of these, we use them for all the uses of paper towels and more, and when there is a hamper full, I wash them.  I can't tell you how great it is to just grab one, for spills, napkins, kitten basket, car wash, bathroom hand towels, etc.  You can keep some in the car, and if I had babies, they would be so useful, even as an emergency diaper.
